BASED: NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE
This isn't posh theatre. It's ours.
Eastlake Productions is a North East theatre production company making bold, funny, sometimes unashamedly working-class work, and taking it as far as it'll go. Founded in 2016 by writer-director Jamie Eastlake, we develop and produce new plays with a distinctly Northern voice, from pub back rooms to Live Theatre, Newcastle Theatre Royal and the West End.

The north east is on the verge of 90s manchester.
The talent has always been here. What's changed is the ambition, the appetite and the scale of the stages willing to take it. We build work that can hold a regional main house and a West End theatre in the same breath.
A BODY OF WORK THAT TRAVELS.
Productions include Gerry & Sewell (Aldwych Theatre / Newcastle Theatre Royal), the Olivier Award-winning Flesh and Bone (Soho Theatre), and the upcoming Our Friends In The North (Newcastle Theatre Royal), with upcoming exciting projects such as the first stage adaptation of the BBC hit Life On Mars, a musical adaptation of The World's Worst Golfer, as well as a new musical about Grace Darling by L Devine and The History Gossip. Plus much, much more.

Moved to london, built stacks of small-scale theatres, made gerry and sewell, dragged it from an old social club to the west end. Hungry for much, much more.
